Use of the service

You may use EcomProfileAudit to analyse settlement data for accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You agree not to upload data you have no right to.

Accuracy

We reconcile against each marketplace’s published settlement formula and surface drift as exceptions. Reports are provided for your decision-making; you remain responsible for your own financial and tax filings.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Plan limits are measured against your peak monthly sales. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Acceptable use

No attempt to breach account isolation, reverse-engineer other tenants’ data, or disrupt the service.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
